Human Longevity
Human Longevity offers an executive health assessment platform centered on a structured annual or semi-annual visit. The assessment includes whole-genome sequencing, whole-body MRI, advanced biomarker panels covering 100+ markers, and other advanced diagnostics. After the visit, members review findings with a longevity clinician who provides personalized risk insights and recommendations.
Human Longevity is one of the longest-running modern longevity clinics in the United States, founded in 2013, with one of the largest privately-held whole genome databases in the world. Most popular memberships are around $12,000/year, with top-tier programs reaching approximately $19,000/year and beyond.
Human Longevity positions itself as complementary to your primary care physician — its team conducts the assessment and provides recommendations but does not provide primary care, prescribe medications routinely, or manage chronic conditions. When findings emerge, members are referred through Human Longevity's specialist network rather than treated directly.
Human Longevity has clinics in South San Francisco and San Diego.
